1. Reproduce your artwork into a black and white CAD file.

2. Estimate the stitch count and embroidery price.

3. Send you a black and white reproduction of your logo and an embroidery quote via e-mail (jpeg format), fax or mail for your approval.

In this step, you will:

1. Check for changes that might have occurred during reproduction of your artwork and return the reproduction with revisions noted if necessary.

1. Have an art specialist available to answer questions about your artwork and logo.

1. Review the stitch count estimate.

2. Review embroidery price quote.

3. Approve the embroidery quote.

In this step, Lands' End will:

1. Quality check the preproduction CAD image with the artwork you submitted.

2. Embroider a color sample of your logo and mail it to you with approval form.

3. Mail you a bill for the production of your embroidery logo.

In this step, you will:

1. Check for any design or color changes that might have occurred during the thread color selection, reproduction and embroidery process.
