  How to Order
 
  We understand that ordering logo'd items for yourself or for your team can be a complex process. This Web site makes it easier and faster for you to find, purchase and track orders of embroidered apparel and gifts. Since you may not be familiar with shopping online, think of this as actually shopping at a store.


  1. Browse and shop
  Find items to buy, or just browse. Products are arranged as you would expect. Polos are in one area, dress shirts are nearby and totes are found with other pieces of luggage. The menus at the top of the page show you where you are and what's nearby, so you can easily jump from one area to another. Once you've selected a product you're interested in, determine whether it's available in the sizes and colors you need. Items have a page for each style. So if you see the denim shirts and want one that is long sleeve for women, click on the Women's L. Sleeve link above its picture.

Buying tip:
The navigation bar at the top of each page allows you to go anywhere in the site at any time.
  2. Add items to your shopping cart
  When you've found the item you want, it's time to put it into your shopping cart. Grids at the bottom of the product pages let you enter in the quantities you need of different color and size combinations. If there is no field to type in for a combination, that means it is not available. There is no minimum order. You can choose one or one thousand of each size. The right side of the grid gives you a selection of logos to add to your item. At the moment, you can add just one logo to each product, but very soon we will be adding an option that will let you add many logos to a product.
Buying tip:
If you are logged in and leave the store, your shopping cart will keep all of the items you have selected for up to 60 days.
 

When you've completed the grid at the bottom of the page, click the Add to Cart button. This places what you just selected into your shopping cart. You are then taken to your Shopping Cart page, which shows you what you've selected. Notice that the items you just added are at the top of the page. Now you can Return to Shopping and find more items to put in your Shopping Cart. If, at any time, you decide that you don't want what you've selected, click Empty Shopping Cart to remove all of your items.

Buying tip:
Please note: placing items in your shopping cart does not reserve them in our inventory for you. They are only reserved when you click Submit Order.
  3. Checkout
  When ready to make a purchase, go to your Shopping Cart and then to Checkout. To deliver your items we ask you for shipping and payment information. If you are a registered user and have logged in for this visit, you can use information stored in Your Account services to speed up the checkout process. First we ask for shipping information. If you have an Address Book, simply choose the location these products are going to. Otherwise, fill out the address form and click Continue. Payment information is the same. Your Wallet can store your credit card or other payment information. The final step is reviewing your order and then submitting it to us. This is like looking at your receipt before signing it. If everything looks good, we recommend printing a copy for yourself. Click Submit Order to finish the process and send us your order.

Buying tip:
On the Final Review page, items are arranged by the locations you are shipping them to. You can go back to the shipping and payment pages by clicking Edit Shipping and Edit Payment.
  4. Receive your order
  After you check out, your order is processed by Lands' End. We'll get your items to you within seven to ten business days. Need rush service? Just Ask! We'll do everything we can to meet your deadline. You can track your order on the home page of this store or by going to Your Account. All Corporate Sales purchases are covered by the famous Lands' End promise: Guaranteed. Period. ® If you're not satisfied at any time, just send the item back for a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Buying tip:
The Cancel Order button deletes all shipping and payment information you have entered and empties your shopping cart.
